All basic workshops are conducted by two credentialed CHI faculty members, held for two days, and awarded CEUs through the American College of Nurse-Midwives. All participants receive an implementation workbook, Centering bag, promotional button, and pen.
- Comprehensive Host Site Plan
This Plan is intended for large sites planning to implement a Centering program. It trains 15-30 participants and includes the Site Approval process. - Small Site Start-up Plan
This Plan is intended for sites in which 2-10 people need training in order to implement a Centering program. - Sponsoring (Umbrella) Host Plan
This plan is designed for academic institutions and agencies (like the March of Dimes, state ACNM chapters or perinatal associations, etc.) wishing to sponsor a Centering training workshop for 4 to 7 invited provider sites. - Individual Registrant
This Plan is for an individual who wishes to attend a training workshop without implementation (e.g., newly hired professionals joining a Centering practice, students, or to gather information for planning.) - Training Institution Plan
This Plan is intended for large academic or practice sites, usually with student training programs, which plan to implement a Centering program.
