Senior Director, Administration and Operations

The Senior Director of Administration and Operations reports to the Chief Executive Officer and oversees all operational areas including information technology, human resources, and office management. They will also help in developing and expanding all operating aspects to support CHI’s work and initiatives. This is a mission-critical position that sits on the organizational leadership team.

State Program Manager, Louisiana (Part-Time)

The State Program Manager (SPM) is responsible for driving the expansion of the Centering model at healthcare practices within their state through exceptional customer service and engagement with key stakeholders in the provider and payer communities. This part-time position focuses on building relationships and providing technical expertise. Due to the local nature of this work we are seeking candidates located in Louisiana.

Centering Consultant -Texas, California, New York

The Centering Consultant is both expert in the clinical implementation of the Centering model and a skilled facilitation trainer. They are equally comfortable engaging with clinical staff and leadership to ensure that the systems changes required to meet CHI’s quality and sustainability expectations are achieved. They are skilled facilitators with the ability to transfer those skills to providers and clinical care teams tasked with providing Centering care.
