Communications Manager

The Communications Manager is a storyteller, responsible for the development and delivery of the CHI message and brand -- content that draws people in. It’s a hands-on, highly visible role developing compelling content that educates, drives engagement and provokes a response. Ideal candidate has a journalism or PR background and experience writing for a variety of audiences and purposes. The Communications Manager ensures that an equity lens and CHI’s core values are infused into all of our communications, products and services.

National Sales Director

National Director of Sales is responsible for developing and implementing the business development strategy to support CHI’s aggressive scaling plan. They must demonstrate impeccable sales acumen and success building a sales team in a mission-driven organization.

Director, Product Development

The Director, Product Development is responsible for the development of new Centering products and services including digital, eLearning and print offerings. This role is critical for creating new and innovative product offerings that guide our healthcare partners, are accessible across multiple patient populations and support CHI’s expansion goals.

Centering Implementation Advisor

The Centering Implementation Advisor is both expert in the clinical implementation of the Centering model and a skilled facilitation trainer with organizational development and change management experience. They are equally comfortable engaging with clinical staff and leadership to ensure that the systems changes required to meet CHI’s quality and sustainability expectations are achieved. They are skilled facilitators with the ability to transfer those skills to providers and clinical care teams tasked with providing Centering care.

Regional Director of Sales

Seeking candidates living in or near the following areas: Houston - Austin - Dallas, Texas South Central Territory includes: Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi. Regional Director of Sales is laser focused on activities that lead to new account acquisition and revenue generation. The successful candidate has a successful track record of selling into healthcare practices and is passionate about improving healthcare value, outcomes and equity.

HR Generalist

The Human Resource Generalist works to create structures and processes to implement a full-service human resources department using best practices in the field. This role will involve maximizing visibility through data into employee growth and performance, interfacing with HR, payroll and recruitment partners, with a great opportunity for developing and refining systems. With a focus on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion you will use your human resources background to provide thought partnership in areas such as employee relations, benefits and compensation, recruitment, policy development and legal compliance and guidance.

Executive Assistant to CEO

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the office of the CEO. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a fast paced and growing environment that is mission-driven. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
