Regional Director of Business Development – West Coast Region

CHI’s Regional Director of Business Development is laser focused on activities that lead to new account acquisition and revenue generation. They must demonstrate impeccable sales acumen with a passion and drive for success; possess excellent communication and presentation skills; and be an effective team player with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.  

Implementation Advisor

The Centering Consultant is both expert in the clinical implementation of the Centering model and a skilled facilitation trainer. They are equally comfortable engaging with clinical staff and leadership to ensure that the systems changes required to meet CHI’s quality and sustainability expectations are achieved. They are skilled facilitators with the ability to transfer those skills to providers and clinical care teams tasked with providing Centering care. 

Director, State Payment Policy

The incumbent works with states, policymakers, practice sites, employers, payers, and all other stakeholders to support the sustainability of the Centering model and anchor Centering in emerging value-based payment models. This position is familiar with The Health Care Payment Learning & Action Network (HCPLAN or LAN) hierarchy of alternative payment models (APMs). This position works collaboratively with stakeholders and CHI colleagues in a shared mission to lower care costs, improve patient experiences and outcomes, reduce the barriers to APM participation, and promote shared accountability.

Chief Strategy Officer

The Chief Strategy Officer leads the development of the strategic plan/framework for the organization while adhering to direction set by the CEO and Board of Directors. This includes formalizing and leading the strategic planning process, focusing on long term trends and outlook, and competitive intelligence. This position also facilitates the execution of the strategy by working collaboratively with the other Executive Leadership Team members and ensuring that the strategy is communicated and easily understood by all throughout the organization.
