Come Work With Us

Centering Healthcare Institute (CHI) is a nonprofit organization working with dedicated individuals and organizations to build a future where group care becomes the standard of healthcare. We’ve created a movement that is impacting outcomes, the patient experience and provider satisfaction.

At the heart of our success and our future are the individuals who make up our team. Our employees are passionate, curious and eager for the challenge of partnering with healthcare providers to disrupt inequitable systems through the Centering group care model. We strive to build a diverse staff that is reflective of the populations we aim to serve and the communities where we work. CHI encourages multiple perspectives and experiences and strives to hire and retain a diverse workforce.
