Let’s Start the Conversation

Centering Healthcare Institute is transforming healthcare delivery and outcomes for all families, beginning with pregnancy and early childhood, by expanding access to our evidence-based framework for billable group medical visits. When we expand the healthcare visit to include parental learning and connection, we can have a profound impact on health outcomes and increase the chances each family has to thrive.

Ready to Plan for Centering Implementation

Your practice is eager to offer Centering groups, but you have a lot of questions about getting started and what you’ll need to successfully implement Centering.

The Readiness Assessment is the first step to beginning your implementation journey and the data you provide will allow us to recommend the most effective path to implementation. Completing the assessment will take approximately 30 minutes. It's helpful to have the following preliminary information collected before you get started:

  • Information on your patient volume (e.g. number of new OBs seen, number of newborns seen)
  • Number of providers who will engage with Centering
  • Information about potential group space (size estimate, availability of space for Centering groups)
  • Administrative and leadership support
  • Race, ethnicity and insurance mix of clinical patient population (optional/if available)

You can also save and return to the form later, if you need to gather more data. Once the assessment is submitted, the Business Development team will contact you to schedule a telephone conversation to review your responses further and discuss what Centering may look like in your clinical setting.
