Across the country there are Centering groups for autoimmune conditions, diabetes, chronic pain, obesity, adolescents, cancer survivors, pelvic pain and lifestyle change. CHI has developed tools and resources for innovators who are inspired to facilitate group visits for these and other health conditions including ADHD, asthma, cardiac care, HIV and HIV prep, opioid recovery, transgender care, menopause and more.
