Guidance for Adapting Centering Groups to Virtual Format (using Zoom)

We are excited to share some creative and fun ways to adapt the Centering curricula to a virtual group format. We’ll be using Zoom (because it is the platform we know well), and will walk through ideas for facilitating engaging groups with welcoming openings, interactive learning activities, mindfulness, lots of community building and even the private 1:1 assessment time. Our hope is to inspire you with some suggestions that can be adapted for whatever telehealth options are available to you.

This will be a fully interactive session. Please be ready to join us from a device with audio and video capability (laptop, tablet or smartphone.) We will expect full participation from those who register to best demonstrate the virtual capability available for your groups.
