Is your practice ready for Centering?
State and regional level consortiums are a great way for sites to advocate for their needs at a local, state, regional or national level. Just as we encourage patients to step into the circle, this Circle Up intends to encourage sites to step out of their silos and consider joining or building a community of practice, Centering network or consortium.
