Enrollment Inspirations!

Shante Walker and Sheri Holm will lead this Circle Up and share their successes in patient enrollment. Bring your questions, challenges and ideas so that the group can inspire you and your new-to-Centering families!

Shante Walker

Shante is the CenteringPregnancy Coordinator at Grady Health System in Atlanta, GA. She manages and co-facilitates both Emory and Morehouse School of Medicine Centering groups and acts as a liaison between community resources and Centering patients. She is an active member of the CHI Practice Advisory Group. Shante previously served as a prenatal case manager providing in-home social services to expecting and delivered women in the community. She is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Social Work. She is also a trained postpartum doula and has obtained numerous certifications in maternal and child health. Shante’s passion is helping women thrive and feel empowered during their prenatal period and beyond.

Sheri Holm

Sheri is the Women's Health Operations Manager for Ascension Health - All Saints OB/GYN in Racine, Wisconsin. She has been an RN for 36 years entirely in NICU and Women’s Health. She has been the Centering champion at All Saints since 2012 and lead the Wisconsin Centering Collaborative. She is also a member of the CHI Practice Advisory Group and is always willing to share the great work she and her team doing in Racine.
